At Gina, 4 delivery methods are available to you:

- Colissimo without signature
- Colissimo home delivery with signature
- Colissimo relay Pickup
- Chronopost

Your orders are shipped within a maximum of 48 working hours, excluding closing days/weekends/public holidays. Colissimo deliveries are guaranteed within 2 to 5 days. A tracking number is provided to you each time it leaves our premises to allow you to track your package. Chronopost deliveries guarantee delivery within 24 hours and are automatically applied to bulky items such as furniture.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and/or dimensions of the items chosen.

For items in the "furniture" section and other items with non-standard dimensions and/or weight (e.g. large lighting fixtures) or fragile items, only the Colissimo with signature, pick-up relay or Chronopost options will be available. Also, some items that are too large and/or too fragile are only available for collection in store.

In-store pickup is available for all items; you will need to wait to receive an email confirming the availability of the items ordered, as well as the withdrawal agreement before being able to collect them in store. Your items must be collected at 3, rue Nazareth, 13100 Aix-en-Provence within 7 working days.

You have 14 days to make your request and return your items, your return request can be made directly from your customer area. Once your return is validated, a return voucher will be sent to you by email, the shipping method is identical to the one chosen when paying for your order.
A refund will be made within 14 days to the credit card used for the purchase, please note that the shipping costs incurred for the return will be deducted.

Unless we made a shipping error, all returns are your responsibility. Returned items will be refunded after verification of their original condition within 14 days, and the amount of the return slip will be deducted from your refund.
